Charles A. Meyers obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in 1977 from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1981. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in May of 1982.
Mr. Meyers entered the private practice of law in Cushing, Oklahoma in July of 1982 and remained in private practice until September 1995 when he accepted appointment as a Special Judge for Payne and Logan Counties, Oklahoma. Judge Meyers presided over divorce, guardianship, adoption, probate and criminal cases until his retirement from the bench in April 2004 when he returned to private practice in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Mr. Meyers is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. He is a Past President of the Payne County Bar Association, Past Chairman of the OBA General Practice Section, and a current member of the OBA Family Law, Real Property Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections.
